I gots me some questions.

I've been debating dropping my second account and making my main account plat. If I do...

Can I have a char logged into prime and plat at the same time or since it's one account do I only get one char at any given time logged in?

How many char slots total do I get?

Is there any way in hell I can get one of my guys, if not Anticor then one of the lesser evils, transferred in so I'm not starting at lvl 0? (We are talking at most 23 lvls.)

Tell me some of the basic things that are different and would be helpful to know about in plat vs prime.

One character per account at a time. It would be nice if you could have a prime and plat character running at the same time but..alas, it isn't so.

I'm gonna check right now about extra character slots. You get an insane amount of slots for plat. Just counted 26 :)

As far as I know, there is no way of coming over to plat with any levels. You start at zero. But it's soooo easy to level up now with 4 that it should be a non issue! It takes nothing to get to level 20 <poke>

Anyway, it's worth checking out atleast. Hope you do try it. If you do and need anything, drop me a line :)

In regards to your questions;

Sadly, you cannot play prime and plat at the same time on one account.
When You come to Plat, You are at level zero like when you start everywhere else. The nice thing though is that you can get to 20 in a flash. Most platfolk are helpful with hunting and giving start-up gear to all new folk.
Character slots, i know there is alot! i think it is 25 or 40. I could be wrong, i only used up seven so far.
