bond to bastard axe

I've got this new bastard axe.

It inspects as a handaxe even when I'm gripping it with both hands.

With I be able to CMAN WSPEC1 BATTLE AXE 3, and CMAN BONDING 5 to this weapon?

likely will need to bond asa handaxe, I know with mine I had too, but all the effects work as one or two handed

Do I need to train in OHE to CMAN WSPEC1 3 HANDAXE, and CMAN BONDING 5?

Ulaahn is currently only trained in THW/brawl with no shield. But I don't mind retraining him to THW/OHE/brawl with shield later this month (I have the points).

no idea how the bonding cman works in that regard, as I am trained in ohe thw it wasnt an issue, its almost like getting to bond with 2 weapons which is handy at times

Not sure how CMAN BONDING will work later this month (fixskills, yeah!), but I just successfully did a CMAN LEARN WSPEC2 with my bastard axe in hand. Even though I have zero (0) ranks of OHE, I was able to WSPEC2 1 with handaxes.

if that isnt a flawed mechanic I havent seen one, of course what are the odds it would really ever be an issue
