If you can change it to every town, it's 2x a week and the tickets are attuned to the one who rubbed it.

You place the dingy gold ring into your gold disk, but it suddenly pops back into your hand.

It is 2x a week. Waiting to see if it takes half a week to get a single charge back or the full week to get both. Prints a ticket to any town from any town.

Have dinner and visit a museum in Illistim by 8

I believe you can save them up. Only good for person that got them though.

Also, unless I am mistaken, only good FROM the town you made the ticket in as well as TO the town you are going. So, sadly, you can't just chunk out a couple TO Icemule tickets while you are in Ta'Illistim and use them whenever, wherever you are. Those tickets to Icemule will only work while in Ta'Illistim.

yes they are site specific .. i tested that while running around cities seeing if the dial still stopped at every city.

you know, this would be great to stock up on tickets in your locker in certain towns. Few tickets to landing and illistim in your teras locker. and similar in other towns. then if the disk isnt ready and you need to go to mule, just use a landing and run to mule.

lol, bought it on the ninth, and it still doesn't work when I rubbed it... Did you HAVE to use it right before you sold it to me?!

It could be a bug. They broke a few self-charging items a while back.
