Post cap TP's

Does anyone know the difference between Post cap TP's (training points) and pre cap TPs? Do you gain more post cap or pre cap?

You gain TPs at a slightly slower rate post cap than you do at level 99.

Every 2500 EXP, you gain 1 Physical TP and 1 Mental TP, post cap. Depending on your stats, you could gain less pre-cap, though you'd have to be retarded to do this.
