Running lich/storm on external/thumb drive possible ?

I have installed everything and it works fine on the pc that I installed it to but when I plug in the external to a diffrent computer lich doesnt know the website launch order path or the sge launch order. I do not have admin rights to the work computer so I am tryin to run everything off an external. My only current option is using escape or telnet. I guess what I am askin is has anyone got this to work with stormfront or the wizard and is their a way to point lich to stormfront and the launcher manually? Im probably working on a lost cause but any help would be appreciated.

I don't believe that SF will run if it's not installed on C because of how the Simu game launcher works, which means lich wouldn't run either.
