Another royal wedding in my lifetime. For some reason I think Charles and Diana was hyped up a bit more than this one.

I get the impression that the Brits keep the royalty around just to make fun of them.

There is a woman here in Kansas who was on the news because she QUIT HER JOB to go to England to see the wedding. She's not English, never been to England before... she asked for it off, they said no, she quit.

I really think this country has it's priorities all kinds of fucked up.

I hate you. What rubbed me about it was how the news sensationalized her like she was some kind of fucking hero, and all I could think of was I hope that bitch can't find a job ever again.

This morning my wife had the CNN coverage on while we were getting ready for work.

As I was walking through our family room, I noticed my daughter waving at the television. I chucked at her, she turned to me and beamed with pride that William and Kate were saying hello to her.

Ahh, the mind of a 1 year old.

I watched the recaps for almost ten minutes because the women who were doing news comments on whatever the fuck this shit was had the bodies of a slut and British accents.
