It is not just altered. It's a beltworn that holds a very large amount. I've had mine in Plat fully lightened and deepened. It weighs 6 pounds but holds around 140. Not bad for a beltworn, I'd think. The only thing I'd caution about is that the script interferes with being able to empty things in or out of it.
