As the only spell that increases CS I'd say quite a bit.
too bad the duration sucks. Wish wasn't flat.

I agree with starting it at 10

I think 10 is a fine MB. There are more than a few parties interested in it, so no need for a high minimum.

Those 5x/day 1711 gloves went out this run, too, and also do it. They're worth a good bit more, though.

Fleurs has a self knowledge 1711 runestaff. Only 2k, or so, to charge

There are several 1711 items. This item is nice, but its duration is flat, and can only be used once a day. It is, however, far more rare than 1711.

Yeah, 10 minutes once a day while nice is not all that useful for regular hunting, pretty much your save for invasion item. Still a nice item though, easily worth 10 mil and I would imagine it would go for quite a bit more than that.
And quartz orbs being rechargeable makes 1711 for some, extremely easy to just keep up all the time depending on how much you hunt.

At every event, there are always 10 sip/10 rub items that weigh a shit ton less than quartz orbs. I just stock up on those and use them as needed.
