Did you get a bard read out of how many charges it has currently?

This is a magical item, which casts spells from the Arcane sphere. It has a few charges.

8m to Xorai.

On a side note, Arcane spells charge as in-circle spells for wizards, so this symbol is not all that difficult to charge. It's comparable to invisibility or such.

I wish that was true for all Arcane spells, but alas only certain Arcane spells charge as in-circle for wizards and 1718 is not one of them.

That is only true for the cloud and bolt arcance spells, correct? 1701, 1705, 1708, 1711, 1712, 1718 are all considered major spirit?
