Your careful inspection of some battered imflass scale mail allows you to conclude that it is rigid leather armor that covers the torso, arms, legs, neck, and head. (Brig)

The scale armor is worn and the leather covering the imflass plates is sliced and ragged in places, spots are obvious patches. There are dents and scratches in the plates that are visible, and given it's overall condition it appears to have survived many battles. You also notice a small enchanter's glyph.
