anyone know if the summoning is fixed yet...i'm still getting Summon Failed everytime i try.

From the info off the official boards, it seems you need a certain number of ranks to summon effectively. I can't recall how many offhand but it was somewhere around 40-50 ranks.

Also, you need to be in an area where the familiar type is available or you'll hit a default(IE no hawks indoors).

To Snapp: Yes, it is *supposed* to allow wizards to specify the animal type of a familiar for any specific cast.
