Unique noun, only parrier in the lands.

So can you only parry rogues with that? And how do you know it's the only one in the lands?

I wanted to get that from Blueland awhile ago. As far as I know it is the only parrier around.

No, I think it's for peeling rogues.

It is the only parrier in the lands, had to have a GM fix it and basically wound up talking to 2 SGMs before they would touch it, it was eog originally and was owned by a rather famous old rogue.
