This leather sword-belt has been heavily tooled with raised platinum rubbed dragon sigils in the regimental tradition of the ancient knights. The first dragon is of pure platinum with piercing crystal blue eyes. The second dragon is of delicate refractive crystal with slightly tilted, sultry amethyst eyes. The sides refect light, making it glitter ever so lightly. A small but detail crimson flame sigil can be seen near the forehead.

I just sold a belt worn VLA for around 9m. I forget the exact number but I was asking 10 and dropped the price for a friend. It was heavier and held less. Belt worn VLAs can go for quite a bit as they don't take up a normal enhancive slot.

It also allows you to not wear retarded backpacks if you don't want without loosing the vla capacity. If you choose to wear something like a back worn scabbard for your honking sword of character whoopin.

I don't want this to turn into a snipe war, so let's try to find a way to work around this. I simply gave a specific time because I don't want this to drag on for weeks :)

How's this for a solution: any item that has not received a bid within 24 hours will be sold on Tuesday the 26th @ 11:59 PM, as originally specified. Bidding on other items will continue until no new bid has been received for 24 hours.

Eh, I really don't want to be "that guy" who forces an auction format change within 24 hours for one item.

I think that people were probably prepared to bid at the last moment on items to get good deals, its the nature of an auction ending a specific time like Ebay does.

So I would continue with your format. Its not worth the hassle to change it for one person on one item.

Edit: Unless you realized the auction format isn't what you want, then you have to make a decision of what format you do want, and if you are going to restart it or not. Hell people might not even pay attention to the pricing until 11:30pm tomorrow night heh. Oh and you do have a way for it not to be a snipe fest. People to offer you a BO. However, I was shopping in value mode, not OMG I MUST HAVE mode. Its why I am not offering a BO.

I think adding a 24 hour lock out timer on items is going to do the opposite of what you wanted. It could cause the auction to drag out for much longer than you wanted.
