Half Elf Rogue Build. Attempting a TWC Build with the ability to pick like level, and of course eventually I intend on picking up the 404 for self cast.

TWC + Picking like level + 404 is easy to do if you set your stats for maximum TPs and not try to get as many 100s as you can at cap. One of my rogues used to be trained for TWC, have 404, and be a little over 2.5x in picking/disarming. Of course I'm also a 1x perception person. I don't see the benefit disarm-wise. (Although I do love being able to see rangers sneak around and people hide)
