Seems odd that they would delete his character. I mean for drug interventions you want the guy off drugs, you don't then go on to spearhead the war against drugs.

I feel as long as he's not doing it during school (or his parents monitor the number of hours) then he should be welcomed back. He's a needed distraction for many in the game. His parents should also monitor his time in-game during the summer. Also, it would be nice if his parents were notified anytime he receives an in-game warning. Might set him a bit straighter.

GS isn't really supposed to babysit him... I don't know, if he's getting that obsessed maybe it's time for him to find something new to do. Maybe a club and meet people. (Club as in sports, art, community service).

You know what? This is, obviously, a very troubled kid. It is also pretty obvious that his parents have no clue what to do, since his doctor had to step in and tell them what should have been obvious. The fact that his parents are THAT clueless is NOT his fault, but it probably has something to do with the difficulties he is encountering with life and living it. :(

Thats the trial of parentage, most take the either easy way one and disallow anything they don't understand, or easy way two and do nothing and hope others do the parenting for them (ie Walmart and theatre clerks, or in this case SIMU).

Yes, I can still call and have it reactivated. But my mom left a note saying she would hvae to call. If SHE calls and says it is OK they will re-activate. I am a guy, and have a deep voice, it's not like I can fake out my mom.
