So in honour of the Hound's really well done armour from Game of Thrones I wanted to start a thread with cool armour from movies. Mostly because usually when Hollywood tries to portray cool fantasy armour it looks goofy.

I think much of the shown armor is more Joaquin Phoenix than Russell Crowe (some of who's Gladiator stuff WAS badass). The Hound is awesome. The Hound helm? Silly.

Truth is, even with Google, it's hard to find pics from older movies. It's a surprising challenge finding quality movie armor pics that aren't the same thing over and over again.

Also, I was saving Darth Vader's armor for Rojo. She's hot like that.

||It was visually striking, at least to me, during the opening sequence and stands out in my mind as one of the more unique suits of armor from the movies. Glad they didn't have him wear the helmet though.
