Hopefully this turns out to be as good as the other 3!

On another note, I had a strange feeling I was walking with Mr. Rogers when I watched that. If he would have sat down and changed his shoes, I would have lost my mind! =)

That is pretty cool. I still have yet to see the extended editions of the first 3 movies (I've got the extended edition blu-ray's pre-ordered for whenever they are released on Amazon) so I hope some of this "making of" type stuff is in there too.

I want to see the the Tolkien estate allow someone to finish the stories in the Simarillion at some point too, hopefully the money they are making from all of this will get the best of the best to do it.

Not sure they are making a hell of alot of money from this, pretty sure the rights were sold in totality way back when.

The reason that The Hobbit was cleared to be made was because of the settlement that the estate had in their suit against New Line. Considering the movies made six billion dollars (!), I have to imagine the settlement was rather generous.
