(Not sure if this has been a topic but I looked and couldn't find it)
Who else saw the finale? My god it was great! I'm so glad they ended it the way they did and I honestly admit I am going to miss that show.

The show sucked. It wasn't well written at all and looked like it was thrown together in a day.
Loved the show.. hated the ending. (Just like Seinfield)

Jennifer Aniston is hot.
Not hot enough to make me watch the show, but hot nonetheless.

The series is a piece o' shiznit.
Matthew Perry should be shot for not doing more sequels of The Whole Nine Yards and being a dumbass on Friends instead. I could make a funnier show just by filming an ordinary day of my life.

<<Jennifer Aniston is hot.>>
So true.

I thought the finale sucked except for every scene where I could stare at Jennifer Aniston's legs in that short skirt. For the most part I watched probably one of the most graphic episodes of CSI I've ever seen. And then flipped over to Friends when I needed a pick-me-up.
It shoulda been called Lovers.

I almost watched it, but then I realized it would be much cooler to watch CourtTV and SciFi.
I loved Friends. Okay, okay, I mostly watched the show because of Joey. But he gets a spinoff so I am content.

I haven't watched friends in a while, but I caught a few minutes of the "best of" and a few minutes of the finale and I think Joey is the funniest one of the bunch. A spinoff with him could definately work. They should call it "How you doin?"

It's nice that the hottest one on the show gets a spinoff.
I liked Friends. I took it for what it was which was not really much. By that, I mean it was a nice show. About nice people. Getting along nicely. Realistic? Hell no. But it was popcorn. The equivalent of light reading. A half hour you could basically turn your brain off and watch nice looking people be moderately amusing and maybe Joey would take his shirt off.
But the people /literally/ crying over it no longer being on? Damn. Get a life you idiots. It was a television sitcom!

Speaking of the Joey spinoff....
I heard Drea De Matteo was gonna be on it. This says a few things:
A) the show is already worth watching for hotness factor.
B) What about the Sopranos? She plays Adrianna - are we being tipped off on a plotline this year with the Sopranos? Adrianna *IS* an FBI stooge.....she gonna get whacked?!?!?

I stopped watching Friends when they started passing each other around and killing the "We were on a break" thing. Watched the finale though. It was OK, then I'd talk to my friends and drink our cocktails, then we turned it off, lol. Caught the ending, it was cute.

I agree with Mint & Raven, Joey is so hot, and I will watch his spin off for that reason. I think Pheobe (sp?) was the funniest though and I wish she got a spin off or at least co-starred in Joey's.

I liked Friends, I think it was very funny for the most part. The last few seasons got kind of serious, but Joey was definitely the funniest.
I liked the ending, though I always wanted to see a Ross and Rachel wedding episode!

What happened in the ending, did they all die in a horrible industrial accident? Otherwise, I don't see what the big deal is

"I got off the plane", blah blah blah, everyone lives happily ever after.
I like that Chandler got the last line. Maybe because I relate to him the most.
Alright, so I'm a closet Friends fan

I can count the number of episodes I've watched on a single hand, and that includes the Finale. Of the six or so I've seen, the plot remained the same, only it affected different characters. Who is gonna have the baby this week...the dumb blonde, the babbling retard, or the overly anal brunette? Who is gonna get dumped on a show one week, get back together the next, get dumpbed the next, and get back together on the Finale?
I can't believe people call that quality television. I didn't mind the episodes I watched, they were mildly humorous- but come up with some new plot twists. The show had to end, the writers were out of ideas after the third season it appears. You want a quality show, watch 24.

Okay, now that you all have talked about this final episode and the ending but havnt actually said what the fuck the final episode was about or how it ended, can you clue some of us in that didnt see it so we(I) dont feel like a moron reading this topic and not understanding it because you guys neglected to explain how the shit ended and just talked about how good or bad it was?

Ok... the woman that was giving her baby to Monica and Chandler went into labor. Only after the first baby is born does she learn that in fact the girl had twins and didn't even realize it. So they got two babies instead of one.
Rachel told Ros that their sleeping together the night before was the perfect way to say goodbye. She goes to the airport. Blah blah blah, stuff happens, Ros makes it there and tells her he loves him and wants her to be with him and she gets on the plane anyway. When he gets home he finds out she got off the plane and is staying to be with him.
Phoebe and her husband are going to try to start a family.
Joey bought Chandler a Duck and Chicken as a house warming present. They got loose and got into the Foosball table so the table had to be destroyed (by Monica) to get them out. Chandler told Joey to keep them.
Monica and Chandler moved out of their old apartment and it ended with all the friends leaving the empty apartment to go to the Central perk to get coffee.

It was great..I loved the ending.
I would have been sad had it been any other ending, I think.
David Schwimmer(Ross), was so good in that episode, you could feel his pain as she shot him down in the airport..it was such a good episode!! :)
'd it!

Eh, I sorta thought it was anti-climatic for the long run that it had.
I know the writers said they wanted to stay true to the series...but, it was the last episode afterall, c'mon, lets make some real suspense.
I liked the show, when I had time I watched but it certainly wasn't a priority, I just expected more....after all the hype.
Sorta like watching Edine make a post then not make stupid off topic remarks to suport his position....just dissapointing.
