The ticket was traded for 13m to a good friend. My work schedule changed from days to nights, and I didn't want to risk last minute transfer issues. I had two offers of 15m, so this is not a ploy or tactic. I regret any frustration felt by the two bidders, I attempted to run a fair and upfront auction. I will accept any negative feedback that is warranted, but this is my side of things.
