Works on undead/living, can also web the target (appears to depend on the creature). The target cannot move, and lowers DS. Basically almost like a bind

To use, there's 2 ways. For lightning flares (works on undead and living probably, haven't tested it on living)
Bless the axe, wave a silver wand at it. This will infuse it with lightning flares and it will draw in the spell.

For web flares, you can either bless it and cast web at it, or find a web scroll. I'll include a web scroll with the axe, and a Bless Item scroll.

a miniature tart kiln

Makes infinite tarts. Highly scripted for halflings, one script (apparently) when you eat it
for non halflings.

Put in cheese, manna bread, and viola. instant goodness.

You turn the knurled brass crank on the side of the tart kiln
The tart kiln makes a low, humming noise and grows warm to the touch. After a moment, the aroma of baked cheese fills the air.

Non halfling:
You pop the tasty little cheese tart in your mouth. It is sweet enough to make your teeth ache!
That was the last of it!

Haflling (third person):
Michaelous licks a big dollop of icing off his cheese tart. Oops, he got a bit of it on his nose! So he licks that off, too.
Michaelous studies his cheese tart intently, looking for just the right spot to bite it. He turns it this way and that but can't seem to make up his mind, so he lunges at it with his mouth and munches with a contented "Mmmmm..."
Michaelous takes a big bite out of his cheese tart, smearing cheese filling all over his lips in the process. He licks the filling from his lips and grins.

a rust-hued fireworks press edged in gold
Makes unlimited fireworks, as long as you have a pelt and a colored gem.

You wave your twisted wand at a rust-hued fireworks press edged in gold and a tiny swirl of glowing energy flows from the wand to the press.
Roundtime: 3 secs.

You push the ornate iron level on the side of the fireworks press. The two iron plates of the press come together. The press thrums under your pressure, and growing slightly warm before sending a mild electric thrill up your arms.

You carefully set the blue firework on the ground.

You carefully light the fuse on the blue firework, which immediately begins to issue forth a torrent of mutli-colored sparks.
The fuse on a blue firework burns down further, issuing a torrent of multi-colored sparks

The fuse on the blue firework burns away into the body of the firework.

The a blue firework issues a violent torrent of blue sparks from its base and shoots off into the air. A bright trail of blue light rises into the nighttime sky above the Lower Dragonsclaw, vanishing from sight a heartbeat later.

Glittering points of blue light erupt in the nighttime sky to form a huge scintillating rat before slowly winking out.

(Whatever pelt you use, will make that creature show when you light it. Whatever colored gem you use ( must be colored), will make that color firework. Supposedly the flare can be seen from quite aways away.

Spitfire run is the same time as Prime run. Shops will be open, merchant services optional. Wyrom said he would likely stop by, no one else has.
