New phone / PDA needed.. suggestions?

I'm looking for a new cell phone for work and would like one with a solid PDA.

Currently looking at this flip top.. Treo 300. Small enough, but with all the features I need.

I'm month to month right now with Sprint.. so I can go anywhere.

Any other ideas?

I use an IPAQ 1940 for my PDA. No phone but it's sweet and it's small enough that I don't care that I carry a phone and a PDA. My phone is just a Samsung A500, no camera or anything like that. Just a small phone that does the job.

Phone..... er... but no palm pilot, though it comes with a calendar, to-do list, contacts/address book, e-mail and bluetooth.
