Seeing as how enhancives are all new to me as well, I figured this would be another good time to ask about them.
So, would anyone perhaps not mind doing a run down on enhancives and some info on them in terms of what would be best for a sorcerer?
Should I stick with stat type ones like aura? or go for more skill based ones like demon lore and so on?
And also, should I focus on bonus or actual stat/skill rank ones?
Keep in mind this sorcerer is fresh from the farm, but I intend on him being my new main since I just came back to the game after a bit of a long break.

Aura and Wisdom increase your CS. Beyond that, Spell Aim and Dex if you plan to bolt, Spirit Regen if you plan to wrack (along with Aura and/or + straight spirit until you hit the cap of 13 points)
I also like MOC rank enhancives as they save you a ton of points. Beyond that, whatever you feel you like.

Another question for you guys. When would be a good time to stop hunting with a claid as a sorcerer?
I worry that my AS will be too low at some point before my 30 days are up, so would it be viable to say, start hunting as a normal sorcerer around 15 trains or should I simply keep hunting with the claid as best as I can until right before my 30 days are up?

I've found that the closer to level 30 I got, the lack of DS from 102 was much more an issue than AS. If you're 1x THW and CM, you shouldn't have much problem with AS. I don't know how high you'll manage to get in Prime during the 30 day period, but you probably won't run into either being a problem. Just smash things with the claid until your time is almost up and switch to pure. I think even at 15 you might have mana issues unless you're willing to use 701 and/or wands.

It's a tough call. Max STR my bonus is only 10.
So AS wise I'm not sure how it will work, although I could always swap out for a 4x THW like a maul I suppose once I hit ten and use that huh?
I'll have to try and see how well it works once the rats are over with

Yup. I'm kinda retarded and mixed up some things in my memory (I started a sorcerer and wizard at the same time with pretty much the same training plan). I was thinking it was the sorcerer that I swapped to a 4x unbalance flaring maul on in the low 20s due to needing a magic weapon to hit certain critters. That was actually on the wizard. After a while, I wasn't willing to lose that extra AS to go back to the claid and my str bonus was a bit better than that (not sure what the number was exactly; DE, 90+ str). Unbalance flares kick ass, by the way. I don't think you'll need that sort of thing at level 10, though.
That all worked fine for the wizard. The sorcerer I changed to pure around 20 because I was tired of dying due to the lack of DS (this was in shattered, bigshot-afk-hunting; not the best way to melee hunt exactly) and was fine hunting steel golems. Clear to fried, I think, was hard if not "impossible" in one hunt without any outside source of mana (wands/mana battery), but after the initial hunt it should be easy to get back out before clear and fry on your own mana.
What I'd suggest is to start looking for a decent, enchanted weapon now if you think you're going to get to a point where you have issues. If you end up reaching a point where that weapon is needed, it's a locker run away. If you don't need it, you'll always have it on hand for another character you make later on.
