Well, considering the availability of small statues, probably not a ton, but it's nice. I'd say 5-15.

Does this stack if you use it off an item such as this? If so, that's pretty hot.

Small statues stack, so I don't see why this would be any different. This is basically like a small statue per day. Nifty handy item.

Small statues do not stack anymore. The spell 1712 does not stack at all, in fact.
