It's not a 'quest' per se, but they do make you read every single long and boring page of the game policy. The pages come with a long roundtime on each one and you have to go through every single page before they let you out.

At least that's the way it was in GS3. I had a rather drawn-out tiff with somebody about four years ago and got treated to a good half hour of GS Policy.

CvC, which is within policy, requires roleplay.. a concept you have yet to demonstrate a clear understanding of.

PvP is when it's a player vs another player for no real reason other than to show how much more he/she has hunted than the other. It has nothing to do with the characters involved and is against policy.
