906 knowledge leathers/903 recharging wand

some incarnadine leather hunts embossed with stylized flames, gives knowledge of 906. I believe they're 4x with +1 rank of fire lore... any idea what this is worth nowadays? Couple scripts, but they're not fancy.

Also, I have a 903 self charging wand, 10x/day.

also, they're doubles, and also have defensive fire flares. Go defensive fire flares. Not sure on the enchant, but I think it's 4x.
