Every Quentin Tarantino movie has an excellent soundtrack that is unmatched by other movies. I'd go as far as to say that they are orgasmic.

Discuss.

Update: Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood (Kill Bill Vol. 1 Soundtrack) is officially awesome. I can't believe I didn't download this sooner.

The music that plays during the fight between The Bride and O-ren Ishii is Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood by Santa Esmeralda. After O-ren is dead, The Flower of Carnage plays.

Yes on both counts. Also, don't forget "From Dusk Til Dawn."

Not a Quentin Tarantino movie, but both Fight Club and Snatch have good sound tracks.

Blow had a great soundtrack, as well.

Get Shorty wasn't bad, either.

The Beach is a great Soundtrack.
Donnie Darko would be good if it had all the songs played in the movie, but as it is, it isn't bad.
Romeo and Juliet soundtrack isn't bad. Talk Show Host is a great song.
Lost Highway soundtrack is good stuff. Most of David Lynch's movies have good music.
Run Lola Run is a great soundtrack.

That cover by Gary Jules in Donnie Darko is amazing.

Robert Rodriguez usually does pretty awesome soundtracks to his films too.
