Solhaven shop and macaw charm

I was curious about the going rate for both of these items these days.

The shop is a 3 room in Solhaven, already furnished.

The macaw charm is one that you whisper a message to and it will fly off to deliver it, 1x a day with (I believe) no restriction on what realm it can go to.

Back when they were more plentiful, those bird charms went for about 5-7m a pop. Now they are quite rare, you could probably open up bidding at 10-15 and see where it goes. People are constantly asking about/praising mine.

Great item, by the way. Fully alterable, fabulous way to send a message to someone who you can't Lich or PsiNet or IM or whatever (in other words, us Mac users).
