Two things tested:

Tested it with a capped wizard with 101 ranks in PF and none of the functions would work.

The AS boost did work on Bolt spells for the wizard in my group.

Vivaldi acquired that cloak for a tent trade (or partial trade) when there were only three of them. Don't be ridiculous and re-price its value based on the minimum bids of tents now.

They are saying that when he traded for the cloak, the item he gave up in exchange was worth 80 mill due to the rarity of them. Since then, more have come out, devaluing the tent. This does not in turn devalue the DB cloak. It is still worth the same amount, even though the tent is not.

Shield is 17lbs, mbp is 35lbs.

Actually, Krakiipedia has the wrong disarm/shatter percentages.

The disarm/shatter rate isn't flat. It's variable based on the breakage numbers of the attacker's weapon. The lower the breakage numbers the higher the disarm (and shatter) chance.

So, steel has a greater chance to be disarmed/broken compared to say rolaren.


edit: TLDR Works great on critters. Don't PVP someone with rolaren/adamantine.
