Probably easy to see by looking at any other Ebow post here for the most part.

The poison flares are ok in my book, not the greatest to have though since they do the whole Damage over time bit and all

Potentially probably because they aren't 100% flaring, since some Ebows were 100% and others of course weren't.

That and the poison damage varies like the other ones out there I'm sure, some damaging more critical than others.

And a 3x base is pretty rough :(

I'm fairly certain all the poison bows are 3x. The other Lirion bows are 4x.

If it works like the old poison bows then it poisons on every strike (not stackable but huge amounts, 75 per etc) and it has flares that have effects like proning, blinding, etc. But it will poison on every successful shot.

Nope, original poison was 4x. Arrows enchanted 1-30.
