a pale silvered vultite chain shirt:
Woven as tightly as a fine fabric, the chainmail shirt is crafted from tiny, vivid silver vultite rings overlaying a heavy, pale doeskin sheath. A thick, circular torc of plaited dark steel and blue imflass strands drapes down the chest, reinforcing the chained garment. The last row of links serve as a bottom hem for the metal shirt, every ring hung with a scintillating royal blue diamond bead.

that shirt could be padded i assume, thats the wrong armor for me but if i had a ranger that would be amazing

After speaking with Tep who owns a set of augmented chain much like this, the TD bonus seems takes the padding slot. However, it can be enchanted, most likely through PPs.

That being said, going to ONCE to Drakefang for 4 mil.
