I have been getting a lot of messages about this as well - so I thought I'd post.

3x a day phoen's strength - recharges fully after 24 hours

Uses MIU based on the rub activator

It is worn around the neck, weighs less than 1 lb - no long description

I was really excited because I thought Phoen raises bolt AS but apparently thats not true anymore (or never was?)

I'd be most interested in a similar self charger that would help my pure bolter out - i'd be interested to know whats out there. Will listen to pretty much any offer regardless.

Unfortunately, no. Phoen's, like Strength, gives a phantom boost to your Strength Bonus. It will reduce firing time and encumbrance, but it will not boost Bolt AS.
