Just found this in a box:
Vultite brigandine armor
Weighs 20 pounds

It provides a +10 bonus to Influence for 22 trains or more
It provides a +6 bonus to Aura for 25 trains or more
It provides a +7 bonus to Max Mana for 17 trains or more

Item is free from merchant alteration restrictions and can be lightened

I checked the armor and the aura and influence is in the enhanced bonus section. Your mana instantly goes up when worn and drains you when removed.

its a bonus to stat, not to the bonus.
