Came accross a group of these bugs in a locker. These came from the Dragonfly Festival in 2007. You eat them to cast the spell and each bug has 10 charges.

In the baby blue mantle you see a:

large green dragonfly - Uncurse
a steel blue dragonfly - Mystic Focus
a steel blue dragonfly - Mystic Focus
a small grey damselfly - Floating Disk
a twitching brown cockroach - Sunburst
and a twitching brown cockroach - Sunburst
