May is the month of "oh, shit, I gotta do this"

In May I have to accomplish all sorts of housekeeping tasks. Today is the first one, I have to find out how to give my father power of attorney rights.

Now, I know I can get that through the IRS, but I can't seem to find the form anywhere. Can anyone else find it?

If you need hard copies I can mail them to you. It's a pretty standard predeployment form and I should be able to get my hands on some blank ones easily enough.
