The movie Hero with Jet Li looks awesome. I don't care if you think this genre has been over done. It's gonna get my 8.50 and the wife will either be dragged to it or she can stay home but I'm gonna see it opening showing.

Just got to yahoo and view the trailer. I'm not going to link it because I don't know if you use quicktime or media player or what.

I will have to see it! Couldn't care less about the content of the film..... Jet Li is beyond hotness.... yummy! :)

I thought this thread was going to make fun of Edaarin's speech again.

Anyway, I'll probably end up seeing the movie. Not necessarily in theaters.

I saw the trailer went I went to go see Punisher, it is on my list of MUST SEE!

It was cool when he did that little RAH movement and repelled a slew of arrows. Hehehe.

Jet Li is the bomb, cos him, Jackie Chan, Chow Yun Fat, Michelle Yu, ect, could really kick your ass IRL. That and they was taught at the Shaolin Temple, don't mess with OG stuff. They can fly ya know, lol.

<= has had Hero for the last few months. Imported from Hong Kong on DVD.

It was a great movie with a star studded cast (by Chinese standards). Watch for the fight between Donnie Yen and Jet Li near the beginning. They were in the same school of wu shu when they were younger. Didn't really like the ending, but eh it was still good.

EDIT: I also hate to fulfill stereotypes, but name any Jackie Chan/Jet Li/Chow Yun Fat/Donnie Yen/Stephen Chow/Ng Man Tat movie, and I probably have it.

Rumble in the Bronx?

One of my favorite Jackie Chan movies.

I *hated* Rumble in the Bronx, but I have it on VHS (it came out some years before we had a DVD player, and I didn't think it was worth getting on DVD).

Operation Condor is my fav Jackie Chan movie. It's got the voice of Jigen from Lupin III in it, how can you go wrong?
