I am thinking of the following build when I hit level 60 (at 57 now):

Race: Elf
Society: Master Guardians of Sunfist
Guild: Rogue Guildmaster

Stats
Str: 100
Con: 100
Dex: 100
Agi: 100
Dis: 83
Aur: 95
Log: 88
Int: 65
Wis: 89
Inf: 57

Skills
Armor: 60 ranks (Aug Chain)
Two-Handed: 124 ranks (2x)
Combat Maneuvers: 124 ranks (2x)
Multi-Opponent: 30 ranks (focused single target attack, 3 target open)
Ambush: 62 ranks (1x)
Physical Fitness: 62 ranks (1x)
Dodging: 124 ranks (2x)
Climbing: 30 ranks
Swimming: 10 ranks
Disarm Traps: 124 ranks (2x)
Pick Locks: 124 ranks (2x)
Perception 124 ranks (2x)
Arcane Symbols: 20 ranks
Harness Power: 18 ranks

CMAN
Surge of Strength Rank 4
Weapon Spec Rank 5 (TBD what weapon)
Combat Toughness Rank 1
Combat Movement Rank 5
Combat Mobility Rank 2
Combat Focus Rank 4
Evade Mastery Rank 2

Health: 180
Mana: 62
Stamina: 101

I plan on spamming all of my GoS skills (hence high harness power) and primarily hunt grimswarm. The intent here is to be able to pick/disarm my level boxes while having some good fun with a 2 hander.

The only decision I am considering about is wether I should drop MoC to 15 and move armor to 80 ranks so I can get into Metal breastplate at 60. I am thinking that this may be a better approach but I really like the concept of single target focused mstrikes with a 2 hander.

My current build is a two weapon combat ambusher. Its great but its a pure soloist build and I would not mind a bit of a change. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

You can also do 1x in perception and you should be able to still see all traps. I know I do at lvl 89. It might get you some points to put into pick locks. Either way, I'd love to see some clips of you smashin some stuff with this build. I will probably go this route (similar build but with plate) later on because I switched to GoS and I need to master it. =(

Thanks for the feedback, I tweaked it a bit based on your suggestions and now have landed on the following:

Armor: 60 ranks (Aug Chain)
Two-Handed: 124 ranks (2x)
Combat Maneuvers: 124 ranks (2x)
Multi-Opponent: 15 ranks (3 target open)
Ambush: 62 ranks (1x)
Physical Fitness: 62 ranks (1x)
Dodging: 124 ranks (2x)
Climbing: 30 ranks
Swimming: 10 ranks
Disarm Traps: 119 ranks (almost 2x)
Pick Locks: 119 ranks (almost 2x)
Stalking and Hiding:124 ranks (2x)
Perception 62 ranks (1x)
Arcane Symbols: 20 ranks
Harness Power: 18 ranks

This gets me the ability to solo with hide and ambush by sacrificing 2x perception and 15 ranks of MoC. I can still play out in the open with a 3 target open mstrike with this build. As I progress up to lvl 70 I will get to 30 ranks of MoC.

I had to give up some pick and disarm but can invoke trap/lock lore scrolls for the tougher locks/traps. I will also be able to catch these up as I progress in levels to get a full 2x.

This should be a fun build. I will definitely do some logging/video and post results for folks.

This build looks more like you'll be out in the open? Warcamp war style?

If you're planning on ambushing and keeping hidden as much as possible I would seriously look at getting CMAN Vanish (you need 4 ranks of stealth mastery). This lets you hide while in RT.

Basically you get this:

You can Ambush/ CMAN Vanish to hide immediately and ambush again immediately/Vanish again. The more stamina the better. And this could be epic in a camp in cutting down 3 seconds lost each time you hide.

Something to consider, I'd look at taking that over toughness and maybe Combat Movement. 10 DS isn't worth that many points imo.

Oh, also. Get yourself a perfect maul.

6 sec ambush RT with your stats. And crush damage... you hit a head or neck, basically it's not going to live. Ever.

My lvl 23 rogue ambushes with a maul. It's retarded.

Yep that is the intent. Your previous post mentions vanish as a CMAN over Combat Movement, that is exactly my setup now with TWC. I have shadow master rank 4, vanish and silent strike rank 3. I never leave hiding when I ambush and with two heavily crit weighted axes I have a 6 second RT and things dont live.

This is a great setup but my plan was to build a war camp hunter that has more versatility in groups. I will primarily be hunting with a warrior and/or a ranger and I want to be able to supprt large waves of killing.

I thought by giving up some ambush (1x instead of 2x) for MoC and arcane symbols while going the two handed route would provide me this option. Great feedback, thanks.
