That's the message board for my History class... I opened it up and saw that as the newest topic and just stared blankly at my screen for about 10 seconds then laughed very hard for the next 30.

If you don't know what that is (in this context), you should have gone to history class more.

Hahaha I haven't been in 2 months.
Which made it 2000x funnier.

Its a historical turning point in the film industry, specifically pornography.
I think the film has a lot to speak about historical relevance. It changed the movie production industry forever, and in turn our society.

Opera is better.
Only if you're judging by suck.
Mozilla FireFox:
Free (and no annoying ad if you don't pay).
More mouse gestures than opera.
Better tabbed browsing.
Skinnable.
Add-ons.
Integrated google search, which can be easily edited to also search places like thesaurus.com, dictionary.com, ebay, and urbandictionary.com
Deep Throat was the informant in the Watergate scandal, am i wrong?

Your wrongness is perhaps only matched by those seeking to enter into a winter campaign in Russia.
Ok, so you are right, thats of course the reason the teacher left it up but makes it no less humorous.

Don't hate Microsoft just because it's the "in" thing to do. What exactly is wrong with IE? What other FREE browser can offer what IE does?

Almost all of them. Except the other ones (mozilla.org) do more. Pop up blocking, tabbed browsing, skinnability, add-ons, and they won't get hijacked by programs like CWS.

I also notice that IE takes forever to load up when you double click the desktop icon. Netscape takes - a couple of seconds from the double-click to the homepage. IE is a monster-sized program that dupes itself into other places whenever you install new MS software. Memory hog, slow as molasses, no automatic popup blocking, security issues galore, patch upon patch upon patch because they never get it right the first time around.
Netscape is just a "pretty" version of Mozilla, but I like using it and I feel a lot more confident in my computer's security using it.
I'll note also - I've had to use IE for a couple of websites in the last month because it has that DirectX thingie that sometimes bombs out with Netscape. And wouldn't you know it - this month I found malware in my hard drive, directly related to some kind of Java thing going on in one of the popups that loaded up when I accessed that other website.
I have -NEVER- experienced anything of the sort with Netscape. No adware, spyware, malware, viruses, popups, spam e-mail, nuttin.

Unfortunately, Netscape will never be updated again, as AOL discontinued its developement. A lot of the Netscape staff now work on Mozilla, and AOL donated a bunch of Netscape computers to them.
deep throat was a secret informant to educate some very brave reporters on the Watergate scandal. I think they named him after the title a classic 70s porno (noun) that was out at the time, not the verb in this context.
