I'm getting a strange message whenever I try to connect to lnet:

[lnet: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. - connect(2)]
lnet:63:in `initialize'
lnet:63:in `open'
[lnet: NilClass is not a valid input stream. It must walk
like either a String, an IO, or a Source.]
C:/Program Files (x86)/Ruby-1.8.6/lib/ruby/1.8/rexml/source.rb:21:in `create_from'
C:/Program Files (x86)/Ruby-1.8.6/lib/ruby/1.8/rexml/parsers/baseparser.rb:133:in `stream='
[lnet: connection lost]
[lnet: waiting 278 seconds before trying to reconnect...]

this is on windows 7 -- with an array of different characters.

While I don't have that error, I was experiencing significant lag.

I'm getting the same sort of error on LNet, except it let's me login for a few seconds to a couple minutes then drops. Here's the info when it drops:

[LNet: stream closed]
[lnet: connection lost]
C:/Program Files (x86)/Ruby-1.8.6/lib/ruby/1.8/openssl/buffering.rb:237:in `fill_rbuff'
C:/Program Files (x86)/Ruby-1.8.6/lib/ruby/1.8/openssl/buffering.rb:67:in `read'
[lnet: waiting 225 seconds before trying to reconnect...]
[LNet: connection lost]
[LNet: waiting 299 seconds before trying to reconnect...]

Running Windows 7, but only have 1 char.

Any ideas out there?

It looks like you have two versions of lnet running at once, knocking each other offline.
