Can this be done to fusion brig? Also, how long does this last? Krakii says variable - never had this done before.

Yes, you can do it to fusion brig. It lasts for 200-500 strikes, usually, depending on your training.

Awesome! How much do rangers typically charge for this service? Also, is it more difficult to do on higher enchants?

Free to 1m. The only thing that affects it is padding, and most padding can be overcome with enough SMC.
