1606 and 1612 aren't treasure drops. Neither is 1109. I've only ever seen one 1612 scroll (and I own it), and I've never seen 1606 or 1109.

Its a shame, 1109 is so much better than 1119.

Correct. 1606, 1612, and 1109 do not drop via the automated treasure system.
