Droughtman Prize

Ladies and ummm, rich husbands: Get out your silvers. I won a special satchel containing two unique pairs of ladies shoes and a cane and staff.

You'll see why.

Both pairs of shoes share a set of scripts. Both canes do as well. But, the scripts change depending on if you're using the items together or not.

I've only played with them for a day, because I just don't look right wearing high heels and it's already been offending my manhood even carrying this stuff around! I haven't found a bard to sing to any of it yet, so they made have more secrets or scripts, I'll leave that to the final owner to figure out.

Items can be delivered pretty much anywhere.
Send bids/questions via PM or post here. Planning on wrapping this in a few days. This is cross-posted on the officials too.

The owner will get the satchel as well, oh - and the shoes have pockets for very small amounts.

CB: 5m - SOLD: RaJu!!
BO: Offer

The items:

a cylindrical blue silk satchel clasped with a white water lily

>l in my sat
In the blue silk satchel you see a polished beech cane, some lily white satin chopines, a piece of river blue parchment, a thin tanik staff and some yellow silk shoes.

>read par
In the Common language, it reads:

River Reeds Set

Wear shoes and use cane or staff for best results.

>
a thin tanik staff inlaid with blue sapphire chips

a polished beech cane capped with a spray of stiff feathers

some yellow silk shoes with floral bas-relief heels

some lily white satin chopines accented with elongated feathers
>

When you wear the shoes WITHOUT holding your cane or staff:

>wear shoes
You place your silk shoes on the ground and carefully step up into them, wobbling crazily as you wiggle your foot to achieve the perfect fit.

>rub shoes
You teeter slightly as you briefly step out of one of your silk shoes and reach down to rub your aching foot, wincing with the pain. With an effort, you shove your foot back into your shoe.

>rem shoes
Wobbling slightly on your perch, you give each foot a shake, loosening the fit of your silk shoes until they slip off, one after the other. You quickly pick them up from the ground with a sigh of relief.

When you wear shoes WHILE holding the cane or staff:

>wear shoes
You place your silk shoes on the ground and lean on your tanik staff. Carefully stepping up into your shoes, you wiggle your foot slightly to achieve the perfect fit.

>rub shoes
You lean on your tanik staff and briefly step out of one of your silk shoes. With a sigh, you reach down to rub your aching foot, wincing with the pain. With an effort, you shove your foot back into your shoe.

>remove shoes
You lean on your tanik staff and give each foot a shake, loosening the fit of your silk shoes until they slip off, one after the other. You quickly pick them up from the ground with a sigh of relief.

When you hold the staff/cane WITHOUT wearing the shoes:

>rub staff
You slide your hand down the length of your staff, cleaning the surface of any visible dirt.

>lean staff
You lean heavily on your tanik staff, taking a moment to rest.

When you hold the staff/cane WHILE wearing shoes:

>rub staff
You rub your hand down the length of your tanik staff, then knock the end of it against your silk shoes, dislodging any dirt stuck to the end of your staff.

>lean staff
You lean heavily on your tanik staff, taking the weight off your aching feet stuffed inside your silk shoes.

There are different scripts if you're just holding the shoes/canes:

>rub my shoes
You meticulously clean off your silk shoes, taking care to polish the heel.

>tilt cane
You tilt your beech cane side to side, making the light play off it.

>tap cane
You tap your cane on the ground, taking care to avoid smashing your toes.

>push staff
As you swing your tanik staff in an arc beside your body, you hear a faint whistling sound. A moment later, you bring your staff to rest smartly under your arm.

I'm almost a little sad that those are all just-one-thing alters off four of my original designs.

Buyers and sellers should both do their research. Stuff is always worth what someone will pay for it.
