Citizenship & mentor donation bin

anyone know if this has an effect?

I donated several items that were too expensive for the pawnshop.

Today I have full citizenship in the Landing

Who knows? Citizenship is just one huge puzzle.

I guess I'm willing to try it though.

On the other hand I've not done much other than sell gems to the gemshop and I'm one step away.

Sure as hell should, anyway. You'd think donating to the bin'd be a lot worthier than selling off at the pawnshop.
