Question about Renew with 1030

So just swapped over to pure and getting used to the new hunting style and liking it a lot. Notice something strange -- when I kill something with a focused 1030, and I try to renew the song -- i end up getting an open cast instead of another focused cast at the next monster in the room, even if I explicitly "target" the thing I want to kill. Is there anyway to keep renewing the single target version of the song; or do I always have to re-cast it for each single target?

You need to recast it to refocus the song on a single target.

use: "prep 1030";"cast at <target>" or "incant 1030" or "prep 1030";"cast"
