Min of atleast 10. The last one went for crazy amounts. I want to say 20-30 mill to Menos.

The location is going to have some effect. I assume that is belt or pin worn, so it should be fairly good. The typical costs for DBs seems to be in the 15-20mil per enchant range as of late. That was the case for the four I have seen (including the one I bought). You may do a bit worse given it has only a single enchant.

as long as the items slot doesnt eliminate many buyers, and some slots do. Warriors generally already have a functional belt item for instance, even low enchant Db should net 15+ per enchant, there just arent very many for sale any more.
