Does 425 give the full CS bonus to the bard circle, or is it just 13 like sorcerers get?

I assumed it was at-least the 13 (since bard is elemental and mental), or the full 25, but I'm not sure :).

Bard base definitely gets the full bonus from 425.

elemental bonus to elemental circle? sorc is only half ele hybrid so...half bonus

The bard circle is technically a hybrid of the elemental and mental circle.
