sloot2 not picking up uncommon armor/shields

Yep. Sloot2 misses uncommon armor / sheilds. Sloot (the latest version) is all wacked. The version Drunken Durfin posted is decent but still misses most armor / shields.

I demand (request) a new loot script. Name your price.

I currently have repo ownership of sloot2, but only because I wanted to make it compatible with 1.9.x.

I'd like to fix other stuff, but don't have the time. If someone else will be a better owner, they're welcome to it.
