Sure. Note that this is an *unlocked* Splitting Weapon. The lesser ones will eventually be available, but only retain half the enchant of the base combined form.

Yep, you can (just tested it to make sure). No. Yes, but only costs like a single weapon. Nothing, cause you can't pour a potion on it when it's split, so you can't enchant it.

BTW, the ones released through this event are unlocked, meaning that they'll retain their full enchant (4x weapons are 4x when split). Normally the enchant would be cut in half (4x weapons will be 2x each) when split. I haven't figured out an idea to release the locked versions, though.
