Ta'Vaalor Property Deed

Ok, sadly I have no need for this. I already own one property.

In the Common language, it reads:
This deed entitles the holder to ownership of the "Alabaster Bastion" property, which is located in Ta'Vaalor off of Emaereld Var. Monthly rent is 60,000 silvers. No modifications of any kind (including to food) will be allowed. A tour will be provided upon claim. Lapse in payments will result in repossession.

Properties are limited to one per account and are permanently dually tied to both the winning character and account in order to retain ownership. To claim your property, contact GS4-KAIKALA@PLAY.NET by 06/12/2011 (after this date, the deed is forfeit).

This property may not be available for residency until 4/1/2011.

There has been some initial interest and from some people that I feel will enjoy it and use it well.
So I am starting an auction for it. Silvers or cash bids accepted. Value of 7 per used.

Since the property can't be taken control of till 4-1-11, this is going to be a longer auction. Unless someone surprises me and offers something I can't say no to, or no bids are made for a prolonged time.

Contacted Kaikala. Property was designed by Itzel and can not even be toured until 4-1-11. She did say she will give me a tour of it on or after 4-1 without having to claim it. Bids can be retracted if you would wish to wait to see what it is like.

If someone really really wants it before I can show what it's like inside. Feel free to offer a buyout now, otherwise any bids made will be kept, but no sale completed until after a tour is done.

This is the first private property I'm aware of in Ta'Vaalor, and it hasn't been released before to my knowledge.

As an update, I am currently trying to contact Kaikala to see if I can either get a small tour, or at least some idea of the dimensions and other aspects of the property. I will update this again once I get word from her.

I worked with her allot on my Boat, and she is normally very helpful. So we will see.

You can own the private home and a shop. I have both.
