Guild Master Promotion

I'm trying to find enough Guild Masters together for a promotion in the Landing for Dvorah. She's mastered all three alchemy branches so has met the necessary requirements. Are there any volunteers? Preferably sometime during the day would work best, if I could get some names together I will try to work out the timing.
