My control and windows keys just decided to stop working after I restarted a little while ago. I'm pretty sure it isn't the keyboard thats bugging out though, any help?

From my non tech oriented point of view I must ask if you tried turning the computer off, unplugging the keyboard, checking the pins, reconnecting it and restarting your computer.


Also just trying another keyboard maybe?

Try a new keyboard first man. Be 100% sure before you send that hard drive to it's maker. I don't know about you but I can't aford to lose all my data, I got a buckup of the back up though just in case.
